The Atascadero Best Western Colony Hall* located on El Camino Real will transform into a Monte Carlo casino on the evening of May 30th from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Central Coast Zoo Society, specifically to help fund the New Zoo -- a huge renovation project planned for the Charles Paddock Zoo.
The entry fee includes chips to gamble, and food and wine. The event will also feature dancing, drawings for prizes, psychic readings, an oxygen bar, photo-ops and much more. The evening will begin with appetizers and drinks, with the games promptly beginning at 7:00 pm, then culminate with a prize give-away. Different types of casino games (blackjack, poker, roulette, and craps) will be available for play along with a poker tournament (for an additional $25 entry fee). Attire will be cocktail dress.
