Badge in a Day

Boy Scouts are invited to the Zoo for our Badge in a Day program. These custom programs include crafts, live animal encounters, and “Scouts only” fun while MEETING BADGE REQUIREMENTS. You won’t want to miss it!

Guided Tours

Tours will be offered for Boy Scout groups at a cost of $1 per person in addition to zoo admission.


Zoo Scout Snooze
Wonder what happens in the Zoo at night? Find out on a “wild” night at the Charles Paddock Zoo with a Zoo Snooze! If you love the night life, join us for live animal encounters, crafts, and night hikes. Evening snack and continental breakfast provided, just bring your sleeping bag and tent.

• Open to groups ages 6 and up with a minimum of 10 children.       
   Packs may combine to meet the minimum group size. 1 chaperone
   required for every 10 children.

• Available Friday and Saturday nights throughout the year.

• $30 per child. 1 chaperone per every 10 children is FREE.
   Additional chaperones are $20.
