African Safari

-Join the Great Migration through Africa, from the plains of the Serengeti to the rainforests of the Congo, learning about animal adaptations to these diverse ecosystems along the way.
-Meet some of the creatures and cultures that call Africa home.

You Snooze, You Lose: Endangered Species SOS
Grades: Grades 3-4
Content Standards: 3.3cde, 3.3b*; 4.2b*, 4.3bc, 4.6c
-Understand why some animals are in danger of extinction. Predict consequences that would result in an ecosystem if a species were to disappear.

Coat & Skull Investigation
Grades: Grades 3-4
Content Standards: 3.3b, 3.3a*c*, 3.5bd; 4.2ab, 4.6a
-Become a forensic scientist and use the scientific method to observe, document, and categorize evidence about animals.
-Recognize anatomical structures that may affect behavior or indicate lifestyle of specific animals.
