Singing in the Rainforest

-Venture to the tropical rainforests of the world to discover characteristics of jungle plants and animals.
-Discuss the preservation of the rainforest’s precious natural resources and meet live animal visitors from this misty realm.

African Safari

-Join the Great Migration through Africa, from the plains of the Serengeti to the rainforests of the Congo, learning about animal adaptations to these diverse ecosystems along the way.

You Are What You Eat
Grades: Grades 1-2

-Understand how scientists identify consumer categories (herbivore, carnivore, omnivore) based on dentition.
-Work with classmates to construct a food web and follow energy from the sun all the way to the decomposers.

Dino Beast Feast

-Learn of the feeding habits of some ferocious, fearsome dinosaurs and their living relatives.
Meet living dino-cousins.
